The film that is touted to be one of the biggest films of 2012, that marks filmmaker Yash Chopra's return to direction and that boasts of some of the biggest names of the industry joining forces in it, has, however, one thing missing in it. What is that? A title. Even though the first-look teaser of Yash Chopra's next venture is out, yet the mist surrounding the film's title remains in-place. The teaser just calls it 'A Yash Chopra Romance'. Yash Chopra's latest venture, that stars Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in its lead, is all set for a Diwali release this year (November 13th).

The film brings together, director Yash Chopra and superstar Shahukh Khan, once again after Veer-Zara. Yash Chopra films are known for their central theme of romance and the director-producer has been known for delivering blockbuster hits. The teaser that was released with the film Ek Tha Tiger starts with a note from the filmmaker, which reads, "Films have been my only passion in life. I have always been proud of making films and will continue taking pride in all my films." The trailer then takes you back in the past 50 years of the filmmaker’s career, with an interesting montage of clippings from some of his most memorable films. The trailer relives the magic of Yash Chopra films once again, by showing scenes from films, such as Waqt, Daag, Deewar, Kabhi Kabhi, Silsila, Mashaal, Chandni, Lamhe, Darr, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, and Veer Zara. The teaser seems to be a sort-of tribute to the unforgettable films, dialogues and melodies that have the director's name associated with it. The teaser talks just about those films that Yash Chopra has directed, leaving out all the hits such as DDLJ, Mohabbatein, Hum Tum, Dhoom, and many more films, that have his name in their credits as a producer.
The film, that still remains untitled, boasts of a stellar star-cast and exotic foreign locales.
After the short retrospective of Yash Chopra's classic films, the teaser brings you to his latest venture, by introducing the main actors of the film- SRK, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film also boosts of names such as music maestro A.R. Rehman and poet/ lyricist Gulzar, in its teaser. Film seems to have been shot in exotic foreign locales, something for which Yash Chopra and his camp are well known for. The teaser has created quite a buzz, more so because Yash Chopra and SRK always spell magic for the duo’s die-hard fans. In a previous interview, while talking about this film, Yash Chopra has been quoted saying, "My film is an emotional film. It is not comedy, action, escapism… This is what we call an internal film. There are only three characters [and] their emotions, happiness, sadness." Yash Chopra is returning behind camera after a span of 8 years, there is a lot of curiosity as to whether the director is able to bear with the demands of a more tech-savvy, social networking bound generation, and able to spread the magic of romance once again on silver screens. Well, as of now, the first and foremost thing that we are sure is knocking over audiences’ curiosity, leaving behind everything else, is what would be the film’s title.
